Terms of Use — Part A: General terms

A.1 Identity. sexaki.com (the "Service") is operated by Alta Media Ε.Ε, Ετερόρρυθμη Εταιρεία, registered office Πλαστήρα 3, Μαρούσι, VAT no. 802173953, GEMI no. 171455303000 (the "Operator"). Contact: [email protected]. Point of contact for authorities and removal requests: [email protected].

A.2 Acceptance. Using the Service means accepting these Terms, the Content Policy and the Privacy Policy, which form a single whole. Acceptance is confirmed expressly at sign-up and when publishing a profile.

A.3 What the Service is. The Service is an online platform for adults with two functions:

• Ads: public profiles that adults publish about themselves, free of charge.
• Dating: private cards of individuals looking to meet people without payment, visible only to signed-in users and not indexable by search engines.

The Operator provides the publishing space and the tools for users to communicate with each other. It does not mediate, negotiate, arrange appointments, collect money on behalf of users, share in their income, or manage, employ or represent any user. Anything agreed between users concerns them alone.

A.4 Age. The Service is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in their country of residence, if higher) and contains content of a sexual nature. Every visitor declares that they are an adult before seeing any content. The Operator applies the age-verification measures required by the law in force and may change them without notice.

A.5 Account. Sign-in works with an email address and a one-time code; there are no passwords. Each person is entitled to one account. Users are responsible for the security of their email and for every action taken from their account. Lending or sharing an account is prohibited. At first sign-in the user is asked for their gender; how it is processed is described in the Privacy Policy. Any member may voluntarily verify their age and identity through Sumsub and carry the "Verified member" mark. Verification is not a condition for any function, unless an Ad's advertiser chooses to accept contact only from verified members.

A.6 Communication between users. The Service provides a one-to-one messaging system as a technical means for two adult users to communicate privately. Users appear under a nickname. A first contact from an unknown user stays as a request until the recipient accepts it; photos are allowed only after acceptance. Users can block another user and delete their own messages.

A.6.1 Neutral channel. The Operator is solely a provider of technical infrastructure for transmission and storage. It does not take part in conversations, does not start them, suggest them or mediate them, does not know their content and does not check it in advance. It does not arrange, confirm or record meetings, appointments or agreements between users. It receives no fee, commission or any benefit connected to a conversation, its outcome or anything agreed in it. Using the Service and its messages is free of charge (B.6).

A.6.2 Prohibited use. The messaging system is not intended for, and may not be used for, negotiating, agreeing or arranging payment, prices, terms, place or time for sexual acts or other services in exchange for consideration, nor for directing, referring or recommending clients to third parties. It may not be used by a third party on behalf of the profile holder (agency, intermediary, "manager"). Sending price lists, requesting or sending money, prepaid codes or identity documents, and any use contrary to Articles 348, 349 and 323A of the Greek Penal Code and Law 2734/1999 are prohibited.

A.6.3 Enforcement. A breach of the above found after a report may lead to a warning, suspension or a permanent ban and, where the law requires, to informing the authorities.

A.6.4 Access and confidentiality. Messages are stored encrypted and are visible only to the two participants. The Operator does not read or systematically monitor conversations. Authorised staff may open a specific conversation only (a) after a report by one of the participants, or (b) to carry out a lawful order of an authority. Every such access is recorded in an unalterable log together with its reason.

A.6.5 Retention and disclosure to authorities. Messages are permanently deleted 90 days after the last activity in the conversation, unless they are the subject of a pending report or a lawful retention order. Messages a user deletes earlier are kept for 30 days so that reports can be examined, and are then permanently deleted. Users acknowledge that conversation content may be handed over to prosecution, judicial or police authorities on a lawful order, and that the Operator cooperates fully with the authorities.

A.6.6 Responsibility. Users bear sole responsibility for what they write, send or agree through messages and for any contact or meeting that results. The Operator is not responsible for the content of conversations, for users' statements or promises, or for anything that happens outside the Service. Use of the messaging system in breach of A.6.2 is a material breach of the Terms, takes place without the knowledge of and despite the express prohibition by the Operator, and leads to the sanctions of B.8.

A.7 Intellectual property. The brand, design and code belong to the Operator. Users' content remains theirs; by publishing it they grant a non-exclusive licence to display, reproduce and technically process it (resizing, preview blurring, metadata removal) within the Service. Copying or republishing other users' profiles or photos is prohibited.

A.8 Availability and changes. The Service is provided "as is". The Operator may modify, suspend or discontinue functions.

A.9 Liability. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for user content, for meetings or transactions between users, or for interruptions of service. Users are responsible for what they publish and indemnify the Operator against third-party claims arising from it.

A.10 Governing law. Greek law; the courts of Athens. An invalid term does not affect the others.

A.11 Amendments. Changes to the Terms are announced on the Service at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Terms of Use — Part B: Publishing a profile

Applies to anyone who publishes an Ad or a Dating card (a "profile").

B.1 One person, one profile. Each profile is published solely by the person it depicts, from their own account, with their own contact details. One Ad and one Dating card per person are allowed. Publishing a profile for another person is prohibited, as is publishing by anyone who manages, promotes, represents or collects money from that person. The Service does not accept accounts of agencies, bureaus or groups.

B.2 Declarations when publishing. With every submission or change of a profile, the user solemnly declares that:

1. they are the person depicted and are 18 or older
2. all persons in photos and videos are adults and have consented to being photographed and to publication
3. they hold the rights to the material
4. the phone number and Telegram account they give are their own
5. they act freely, without coercion, threat, financial obligation or control by a third party
6. the activity they describe is carried out in accordance with the law, and they alone are responsible for the permits and obligations that govern it
7. they do not keep another account and have not published the same person elsewhere on the Service

The declarations are recorded with date and time, and every submitted version of the profile is kept as set out in the Privacy Policy.

B.3 Identity and age verification. Age and identity verification is optional for everyone, advertisers included (A.5). It is carried out by Sumsub, an independent identity-verification company, and not by the Operator. An advertiser who has not verified states their own age in the Ad and is responsible for its accuracy; their Ad does not carry the "Verified" mark. The Service does not receive or store images of documents or selfies; it keeps the result, the type and country of the document, the year and month of birth, and an irreversible fingerprint of the document number to detect duplicate accounts. Verification is valid for 12 months; after it expires the "Verified" mark is removed until it is repeated. A document already used on another account leads to a manual check. A profile that has passed the check carries a "Verified" mark, which only confirms that the account holder is an adult and identified.

B.4 Review before publication. Every new or changed profile stays hidden until it is approved; while a change is pending, the last approved version stays visible. The review includes automated checks (repeated photos, repeated phone or Telegram, prohibited terms) and a human check. The Operator may reject or remove a profile without giving reasons. Approval does not certify that the user's activity is lawful.

B.5 Contact details ("Show phone"). The phone number and, optionally, the Telegram username given by the advertiser do not appear in the text of the Ad and are never included in any page read by search engines. They are shown only to signed-in members who tap "Show phone" on a live, public Ad; visitors who are not signed in are asked to sign in. The advertiser may choose to have them shown only to verified members (A.5). Dating cards have no "Show phone". If the advertiser states that the number takes Viber or WhatsApp, matching buttons that open the app on the member's device are shown too. The details are also used to detect duplicate accounts.

B.5.1 The advertiser's consent. By giving a phone number or Telegram username in the Ad, the advertiser agrees that signed-in members who tap "Show phone" will see them, together with the Viber and WhatsApp options if ticked. They can change or remove them at any time from the Ad's edit form; the change is published after review, like every edit (B.4).

B.5.2 Members' obligations. A member may use contact details only to answer that specific Ad. Collecting, storing, sharing, publishing or selling them, using them for unsolicited messages or advertising, and contacting a person who has blocked the member are prohibited. A breach leads to suspension or a permanent ban (B.8).

B.5.3 Limits and logging. Each member can see up to 10 numbers a minute and 50 a day. If the advertiser and the member have blocked each other, the number is not shown. Every display is recorded (Ad, member, time; no IP or device data) and deleted automatically after 90 days. The record serves solely to detect and deal with abuse, such as bulk collection of numbers. The action is protected by an automated-access check (Turnstile) and by additional limits for new accounts.

B.5.4 Outside sexaki. Calls and messages by phone, Viber, WhatsApp or Telegram take place outside the Service. The Operator sends nothing to these apps; the buttons are plain links that open the member's app only if the member taps them. The Operator does not see, check or answer for what is exchanged there, does not mediate in any arrangement and receives no benefit from it. The terms and privacy policy of each app apply. Never send money, paysafe codes or gift cards before a meeting.

B.6 Charges. Publishing Ads and Dating cards is currently free. If charges are introduced, they will be announced through an amendment of these Terms (A.11) before they apply.

B.7 Expiry and deletion. An Ad stops appearing when its display period ends. Users can delete their profile at any time; the content is permanently deleted after 30 days. A profile removed by the Operator for a breach is kept as evidence.

B.8 Sanctions. A breach of Part B or of the Content Policy leads, at the Operator's discretion, to: removal of the profile, temporary or permanent blocking of the account and linked accounts, blocking of the phone number, Telegram account or photos from future use, retention of data and notification of the authorities where there are indications of a criminal offence.
