Content and Community Policy

This policy says what is and isn't allowed in profiles, photos and messages. It applies to everyone and is enforced the same way for everyone.

1. Absolute prohibitions (immediate removal, permanent ban, notification of the authorities)

Any depiction of, reference to or hint at a minor in a sexual context.
Human trafficking, coercion, pimping, or content that facilitates or conceals them.
Publishing a person by a third party, or photos of a person who has not consented.
Violence, threats, blackmail, defamation.
Trading drugs or weapons, or any other criminal activity.

2. Rules for all profiles

One profile per person, by that person.
Photos and videos show the person of the profile. Nudity is allowed. Photos of third parties, photos from the internet, of models, or computer-generated images presented as real are not allowed.
The age, location and appearance stated are true.
Wording that presents people as merchandise or as managed by a third party is prohibited: "new arrival", "fresh", "our girls", "our team", "agency", "bureau" and similar.
Advertising other websites, cam services or subscription platforms, and asking for money or prepaid cards before a meeting, are prohibited.
Hate speech and insulting groups because of race, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability are prohibited.

3. Specifically for Ads

The Ad describes the person and what they are looking for. The user is responsible for the lawfulness of what they describe.
Contact details are given only in the dedicated fields, not in the text or in photos.
The same ad is not repeated under another name, another town or other photos.

4. Specifically for Dating

Dating is for individuals looking to meet people without payment. Dating cards may not contain:

prices, price lists, amounts, currency symbols or any reference to payment, a "little gift", "help" or anything in return
lists of services or terminology of professional sexual services
schedules, "availability" or a "place" in a professional sense
phone numbers, Telegram usernames or other contact details in the text

Checking is done automatically on submission and by a person before publication. A card that in practice advertises paid services is removed; the user may publish an Ad instead of a card.

5. Messages

The chat is a technical means of private communication between two adults. sexaki.com does not take part, does not mediate, does not arrange meetings and has no financial benefit from anything discussed or agreed in it.
Using the chat to negotiate or agree payment, prices, "packages", terms, place or time for sexual acts in exchange for consideration, and sending price lists or referring to third parties, are prohibited.
The chat may not be handled by anyone other than the account holder (agency, intermediary, "manager", partner answering on their behalf). Whoever appears in the profile answers in person.
Communication is private and belongs to the participants. Publishing or forwarding messages and photos you received without consent is prohibited.
Unwanted sexual photos before the recipient accepts the conversation, harassment, repeated contact after refusal or blocking, and bulk sending are prohibited.
Asking for or sending money, prepaid codes, gift cards or personal documents through messages is prohibited.
A message that breaks the rules, once reported, may lead to the account being suspended or permanently banned.
The Operator does not read conversations except after a report or a lawful order of an authority, and every access is recorded.
Messages are permanently deleted 90 days after the last activity in the conversation. Conversation content is handed over to authorities only on a lawful order.

6. Safety

Users meet at their own risk. The Service never asks for money to put users in touch. Do not send money or prepaid cards to anyone before a meeting, do not share documents or codes, and report any profile that asks for them.

7. Enforcement

A breach leads to removal of content, a warning, or a temporary or permanent ban, depending on its seriousness. Decisions are recorded. Users can ask for a review at [email protected].
