Age and Identity Verification Notice

Who. Verification is optional for everyone, including those who publish an Ad. It gives the "Verified" mark, and is needed only to see the phone number on an Ad that accepts verified members only. Who does it. Sumsub, an independent identity-verification company, not sexaki. Your document and selfie never pass through our servers.

Why we ask. To publish a profile we need to confirm that you are an adult and that a real, identified person is behind the account. This protects others from fake profiles.

How it works. The check is done by Sumsub, an independent identity-verification company based in the United Kingdom. It will ask you to photograph an ID card or passport and take a selfie. It takes about two minutes.

What we see. sexaki.com never receives the photo of your document or your selfie. We receive only: whether the check passed, the type and country of the document, your year and month of birth, and an encrypted fingerprint of the document number, from which the number cannot be recovered and which serves only to stop the same document being used on a second account. The provider's full response is kept encrypted for 30 days in case of a dispute and then deleted.

Duration. Verification is valid for 12 months. We will let you know before it expires; after it expires the "Verified" mark is removed until you verify again.

If it doesn't pass. You can try again after 24 hours, up to three times in 30 days. If you think a mistake was made, write to [email protected].

Legal basis. The legal obligation to protect minors and the legitimate interest in preventing fraud and exploitation. The provider acts as a processor on our behalf and deletes the images after 30 days. More in the Privacy Policy.
